Refunds

Attendee Ticket Purchase – Once a ticket has been purchased there are no refunds or rain checks for future conferences, however your ticket is eligible to be transferred to another individual. Limit 1 discounted registration per member. If a member purchases more the one registration at the discounted rate they will be invoiced the difference. 

Sponsorship Purchase – Once a sponsorship has been purchased there are no refunds, however your sponsorship is eligible to be transferred to another organization. 

Photo Release

I agree to grant AADCP and its authorized representative’s permission to record photography films and/or video pictures of my participation. I further agree that any or all the material photographed may be used, in any form, as part of any future publications, brochure, or other printed materials used to promote AADCP events, and further that such use shall be without payment of fees, royalties, special credit or other compensation.
